Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping Within the Netherlands:

Shipping to EU Countries:

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We offer free shipping for orders over a certain threshold (e.g. €75 – customizable).
Return & Exchange Policy
As a customer within the Netherlands or the European Union, you are entitled to return your order under the European Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Boek 6, artikelen 230o–230z).
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging

For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g. pillows, sleep masks, earplugs) may only be returned if unopened and sealed

Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless faulty

Return Shipping
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds will be issued once we receive the product or valid proof of return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
Refunds

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if returned items are used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
