Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Items such as sleep masks, pillows, and earplugs can only be returned unopened for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.

Custom or personalized products are excluded from return unless defective.
Return Shipping:
Return costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), using the same payment method you used for purchase.
7. Warranty & Complaints
In accordance with Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek), products must meet reasonable expectations of quality and durability.
If a product is defective, incomplete, or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue and your preference.
